Mosaïque draws a clear line between two kinds of use:

• The Administrator — has the broadest access and oversees the lodge’s templates.
• The role-holders (Secretary, Treasurer, Banquet Master…) — personalize the content of the documents in their remit, with the mouse and without ever writing code.

What you can do

• Edit the text — Change wording, salutations, and reminders in a simple visual editor.
• Insert variables — Drop in fields that fill themselves automatically (event date, venue, registration deadline…) without knowing their technical name.
• Reorganize — Move or hide entire blocks (agenda, banquet, calendar…) in one click.
• Add blocks — Insert new paragraphs, headings, or closing fields where allowed.
