No more printing, manual signing, and tedious scanning of official documents. Janus integrates an advanced electronic signature system directly connected to your directory.

Security and evidential value

• Cryptographic proof: Each signature is mathematically sealed to guarantee document integrity.
• Aligned with the principles of the eIDAS Regulation: the system follows the security and traceability requirements set out by the European regulation. It is not a qualified electronic signature under that regulation, which would require a certificate issued by a trust service provider.
• Full traceability: Precise tracking of dates, IP addresses, and signature identifiers (Audit Trail).

1. Preparation: Select the PDF document in your Bibliotheca.
2. Assignment: Choose the signatories from the member list — or enter the email address of someone outside the lodge, who will sign without creating an account.
3. Notification: Signatories receive an email with a secure link.
4. Signature: They sign from their computer or smartphone in one click, without creating a third-party account.
5. Archiving: Once all signatures are collected, the final document is sealed and automatically archived in Janus.
