For small lodges (less than 20 members)

• Price per member: €0
• Meeting Organization included
• Festive Board Management (registrations, payments) included
• PDF Document Generation (Invitations, minutes, attendance): +€50/year
• Treasury Management (Income, Expenses, Dues): +€50/year
• Archive Management (Documents, Minutes, Administrative files): +€50/year
• Custom Domain: +€10/year
• Support (Tickets, Emails) included

Example: For a lodge of 15 members with treasury and custom domain
Base package (€150) + Treasury (€50) + Domain (€10) = €210 for the 1st year

“Compass” Plan

For larger lodges (20 members and more)

• Base Package: €150/year
• Price per member: €2/year
• Meeting Organization included
• Festive Board Management (registrations, payments) included
• PDF Document Generation (Invitations, minutes, attendance): +€50/year
• Treasury Management (Income, Expenses, Dues): +€50/year
• Archive Management (Documents, Minutes, Administrative files): +€50/year
• Custom Domain: +€10/year
• Support (Tickets, Emails) included

Example: For a lodge of 25 members with treasury, documents, archives and custom domain
Base package (€150) + 25 members (€50) + Documents (€50) + Treasury (€50) + Archives (€50) + Domain (€10) = €360 for the 1st year

How are the prices calculated?

Prices are based on a base package plus optional modules depending on your needs and lodge size.

Are there any additional fees?

No, all fees are included in the annual price. No surprises or hidden costs.

Can I add modules during the year?

Yes, you can add modules at any time. The cost will be prorated for the remaining period.

What happens if our lodge’s membership changes?

If your lodge grows beyond 20 members, you’ll automatically switch to the “Compass” plan. A billing adjustment will be made at renewal.
