Janus does not serve officers alone. The price therefore follows what every member receives, not the number of modules switched on.
Open to your members
The lodge's archives become readable and searchable, degree by degree. The library is open to all. Agora carries conversations between meetings. What the lodge has gathered stops being a cupboard nobody opens.
Time given back to your officers
Notices, registrations, payments, reminders, treasury, minutes: what used to take evenings now takes a few clicks. The Secretary no longer chases replies by phone, the Treasurer no longer keeps the accounts in their head.
Your lodge's continuity
Handing over an office is no longer a loss of memory. What the lodge has built stays with the lodge, whoever holds office.
Frequently asked questions
How is the number of members counted?
From the active members recorded in your instance at the time of invoicing. Archived members, visitors and candidates are not counted.
What happens if our lodge grows during the year?
Nothing before renewal. The count is taken once a year, at renewal. You never receive a supplementary invoice mid-year.
Are there any add-on modules or options?
No. Every feature is included, treasury, archives, electronic signature and custom domain among them. Whatever exists in Janus is available to you.
Are we committed for several years?
No. The subscription is annual and renewable. You may end it at renewal, without having to give a reason.
Where is our data hosted?
On dedicated infrastructure located in the European Union. Each lodge has its own instance and its own database: your data is never mixed with another lodge's.
Is migrating our existing data charged separately?
No. Setup and the import of your current files — spreadsheets, member lists, historical records — are included in the subscription.
We are an obedience — how does that work?
